We’re hiring for 1099 or W-2 roles in a home health capacity, where you'll provide services in patients' homes within your defined geographic area. This role involves assisting in the implementation of treatment plans to address patients' occupational therapy needs, supporting the development of daily living skills, and documenting patient progress.

Compensation
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA):
- Starting at $100 per hour
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT):
- Starting at $120 per hour
Compensation may vary based on service area, experience, caseload, and other factors.
Both 1099 and W-2 opportunities are available.

Qualifications
Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Arizona or eligibility to obtain one prior to start date
- Current CPR certification
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Article 9 Training, required by start date
- Pediatric experience preferred
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Active or eligible Arizona COTA license required by start date
- Current CPR certification
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Article 9 Training, required by start date
- One year of pediatric COTA experience preferred
New hires may receive support with completing required onboarding credentials and training.
Essential Functions:
- Treat a diverse caseload, including Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Cognitive Disabilities, and other genetic or chromosomal conditions.
- Document SOAP notes and assist with quarterly reports using an intuitive EMR system.
- Travel from home to home within your defined geographic area to provide services to patients on your caseload.
