As a clinician-owned and operated company, this in-home or remote opportunity involves evaluating and assessing patients' functional abilities and limitations, crafting and executing treatment plans, and diligently documenting patient progress. As a key player in our innovative approach, you'll deliver top-notch patient care, incorporating therapeutic practices, modalities, and cutting-edge techniques in occupational therapy.

Requirements:

• Hold an active or eligible Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Licensure in Arizona (required by the start date).
• Maintain current CPR Certification, Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card, Article 9 Training (required upon start date, new-hires eligible to receive support to complete requirements)
• One year of experience working as a COTA in pediatrics (Preferred)

Essential Functions:

• Evaluate and treat a diverse caseload, including patients with Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Cognitive Disabilities, and other chromosomal syndromes
• Document SOAP notes, progress reports, and evaluation reports using a user-friendly digital EMR system
• Showcase your ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
