The Agency Account Manager will work closely with customers and operations to support successful shipment execution, monitor service performance, resolve issues proactively, and contribute to long-term account growth and customer satisfaction.
Role paths may include:
- Sales Only- Focus on customer acquisition and account growth while operations supports shipment execution.

Manage the full shipment lifecycle including sales, quoting, carrier sourcing, dispatch coordination, tracking, and customer management. Competitive split opportunities available for agents handling both sales and operations responsibilities.

Focus on pricing, carrier sourcing, tracking, dispatch coordination, and operational execution without direct sales responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer relationship management experience
- Ability to collaborate effectively in remote environments
- Experience in logistics, dispatching, or supply chain operations preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently
- Understanding of logistics operational workflows is a plus
