This is a flexible position based on the availability of the caregiver. The family is looking for someone to come in twice a week for 4-5 hours each day, preferable 9am-12pm but the schedule can be adjusted to fit what works best for the caregiver. There is also potential to increase hours over time if desired.

Job Description:
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at CCS, LLC you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities or special needs in achieving their goals and enhancing their quality of life. You will provide direct care, assistance with daily living activities, and emotional support in a compassionate and respectful manner.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support clients in daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and household chores.
- Foster independence and skill development by implementing individualized support plans and goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, activities, and incidents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure continuity of care and address any concerns or needs.
- Promote a safe and inclusive environment that respects the dignity and rights of all individuals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving, direct support, or related field preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to make a positive impact
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
