ConnectedHR is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Human Resources Consultant (part-time) to join our dynamic, award-winning team.
This is not a side gig or contract/1099 role. It is a W2 employee opportunity with a consistent, ongoing schedule, onsite at client locations during normal business hours.

What You’ll Do
- Provide strategic HR consulting to clients of varying sizes and industries.
- Advise business owners and senior leadership on complex HR issues.
- Roll up your sleeves as a working consultant - strategic and hands-on.
- Create and implement HR strategies, policies, and training programs.
- Navigate employment laws and HR best practices with confidence.
- Engage employees and leaders to influence culture and drive performance.
- Support recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives, including workforce planning, job description development, interview strategy, and hiring process improvements.
- Collaborate with the ConnectedHR and ConnectedTALENT teams to share knowledge and support peers.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner (HRBP) experience; prior consulting experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certification (SPHR/SHRM-SCP), strongly preferred.
- High emotional intelligence, exceptional communication skills, and solid business acumen.
- Ability to travel locally to client sites throughout the Cleveland, OH, metro area.
- A professional, confident presence with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

- $80,000–$110,000 annually (based on full-time), prorated according to the number of days worked per week.
