Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations & Manager Support:
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on team leadership, performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Drive the development and execution of action plans to address performance gaps and support continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Benefits:
- Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Manage and administer benefits programs, ensuring competitive and compliant offerings.
- Stay updated on HR regulatory changes, advising management proactively.
- Employee Experience & Culture:
- Lead and implement initiatives focused on enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Partner with global HR teams to roll out programs tailored to the specific needs of the US teams.
- Foster a high-performance culture that balances accountability, collaboration, and growth.
- Strategic HR Projects & Collaboration:
- Support career progression, leveling, and development plans in collaboration with the global HR team.
- Work extensively with the headquarters in Israel, collaborating with local HRBPs to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices.
- Lead regional HR initiatives that align with the company's rapid growth strategy.
- Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in an HR Manager or HRBP role, ideally in a high-growth tech/SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of US employment law, compliance requirements, and benefits administration.
- Proven experience in employee relations, manager coaching, and enhancing employee engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proven capability to manage complex HR projects independently and proactively.
