What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bus Driver position at Connect?
Connect BBC, a national leader in the transportation industry is seeking top notch CDL drivers in the DMV area to shuttle passengers/airline crew to and from IAD & DCA airport and hotels. Drivers will be required to assist passengers with luggage.

Requirements:
- Must have valid CDL with P endorsement.
- Bus driver in a mini-bus size ranging from 24-passanger bus up to an 38-passenger bus.
- Ability to pass a background check, pre-employment drug and DOT physical examinations.
- You must be able to perform heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds, multiple times per day.
- Experience in commercial driving, van driving, or delivery driving is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact with passengers effectively.
- Above moderate English speaking, reading, and writing are required for communication with passengers and dispatchers.
Responsibilities:
- Airline Crew transport from airports to surrounding hotels.

Available Shifts:
- Mid-Day Full-Time/Part-Time: 13:00 PM - 22:00 PM
Schedule:
- 07-hour shift (6 days per week)
- Willingness to work on weekly shift rotation schedule.
Compensation:
- $23.0 per Trip Hour with average income $1000 to $1500 weekly.
- Drivers Keep 100% of Cash Tips.
- Additional 10% Standard Gratuity paid for charter job
