Connect the Dots Pediatric Therapy is seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our dynamic, close-knit team. We proudly serve children from birth to 18 years of age, providing compassionate, play-based therapy that meets each child's unique needs.

Your Role on the Team
- Provide safe and effective play-based therapy to support children and families in achieving their goals.
- Plan and implement one-on-one treatments based on the Plan of Care.
- Collaborate with therapists across disciplines to provide holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Work alongside families to ensure shared success in therapy goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Enthusiastic professionals prepared to start and end sessions on time with thoughtful treatment plans.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Autism, Sensory Integration, and Feeding therapy (experience preferred).
- Bilingual skills (a plus).
- A passion for helping children and families overcome challenges through creativity and collaboration.
