Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor s Degree required (MBA preferred).
18 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong focus on Banking and/or Insurance sectors.
Proven leadership experience managing and scaling sales teams in a high-growth environment.
Strong background in selling BPM, ECM, Case Management, Low-Code platforms, and Hyper automation solutions.
Demonstrated success in selling to C-level executives and senior decision-makers within BFSI organizations.
Extensive experience in building and managing strategic partnerships, including Global System Integrators (GSIs).
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to align technology solutions to business outcomes.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and managing multimillion-dollar sales pipelines.
Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional and global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive overall revenue strategy and execution for the Banking and Insurance vertical in the U.S.
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Develop and execute strategic account plans for key clients and target accounts.
Establish and nurture C-level relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Drive new business acquisition while expanding existing accounts to maximize revenue opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to develop compelling value propositions and sales campaigns.
Build and strengthen partnerships with GSIs and other ecosystem partners to accelerate growth.
Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, including deal structuring, negotiation, contracting, and collections.
Provide market insights and strategic direction to influence product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to executive leadership.
