Austin, Texas - Position is 100% ONSITE at the location listed above (NO REMOTE WORK).

Required
12 Years - Experience in Legacy system analysis and modernization strategies.
12 Years - Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), particularly for web-based application development.
12 Years - Experience in gathering requirements elicitation and documentation (business, functional, and technical).
12 Years - Experience in translating legacy application behavior into modern web-based system requirements.
12 Years - Experience in Stakeholder facilitation, communication, and consensus building, Project coordination and task tracking.
12 Years - Knowledge of analyzing SQL-based data models and system integrations.
12 Years - Reviewing system workflows and identifying modernization opportunities.
12 Years - Written, verbal, and presentation communication.
12 Years - Create clear, complete, and testable requirements documentation.
12 Years - Work effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
12 Years - Identify system and compliance gaps and propose feasible solutions.
12 Years - Adapt to evolving technical requirements and modernization complexities.
12 Years - Maintain productive working relationships in a fast-paced project environment.
Preferred
12 Years - Experience in business analysis or PM/BA roles.
8 Years - Demonstrated experience converting legacy applications to web-based solutions.
8 Years - Hands-on experience working with .NET development teams and SQL databases.
8 Years - Experience with project management methodologies.
4 Years - Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
4 Years - Experience supporting large-scale IT systems within government or regulated environments
4 Years - PMP,PMI-PBA, CBAP, or similar certification preferred.
