Connect Staffing is hiring an Office Administrator for a manufacturing facility in Waco, TX. In this role, you will distribute work orders to production, enter orders into the production scheduler, and serve as a communication link between the office and the production floor. This position works across both an office and warehouse environment, so you'll have direct visibility into day-to-day manufacturing operations.
Pay:$23.00–$28.00/hr
Schedule:Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM ; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities
- Attend daily production meetings and complete production meeting checklists as directed by the VP of Manufacturing.
- Follow up with the production team on special customer requests and track open order status reports.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, responding professionally to clients and internal team members.
- Maintain records of customer complaints and ensure accurate documentation.
- Order office supplies and manage company credit card records.
- Build, document, and maintain office procedures to support consistent operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and performing data entry accurately.
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial office environment.
- Basic familiarity with budgeting or company credit card/expense tracking processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with production scheduling systems or order management software.
- Experience managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and supporting multiple departments.
- Strong organizational habits with experience in maintaining filing systems and records.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
