Connect Staffing is hiring an experienced Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator for a cold-chain logistics / temperature-controlled warehouse in Jurupa Valley, CA. This is a long-term placement position with the possibility of permanent hire, paying $22.00/hr on a Monday–Friday day shift. In this role, you will operate a stand-up high reach forklift to pick and pull orders, perform case picking, and move pallets through narrow aisles in a refrigerated and freezer environment. This is a stable, full-time schedule with overtime available based on workload.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2pm to 10:30pm

Responsibilities
- Operate a stand-up high reach forklift to pick and pull orders throughout refrigerated and freezer areas of the warehouse.
- Perform case picking and build pallets to order specifications.
- Navigate narrow aisles safely at height using the reach forklift.
- Use an RF scanner to locate, verify, and track product throughout the facility.
- Stage completed orders in designated areas for outbound shipment.
- Follow cold-storage safety procedures and maintain awareness of temperature zone requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of recent stand-up reach forklift experience, including high-reach operation and case picking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a refrigerated, freezer, or cold-storage warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Experience with narrow-aisle or very-narrow-aisle (VNA) forklift operation.
- Background in order fulfillment, pick-and-pack, or distribution center workflows.
- Experience at a 3PL (third-party logistics), food distribution, or cold-chain facility.

Pre-Employment Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to work at a fast pace throughout the shift.
