Connect Staffing is hiring an RMA Specialist for a PV and ESS equipment repair center in Houston, TX. In this role, you will receive and unpack returned equipment, scan serial numbers and product details into ERP systems, and physically move and stage units for repair workflows.
Pay:$21–$32/hr

Responsibilities
- You will spend most of your time receiving inbound RMA units, unpacking equipment, and scanning serial numbers into ERP systems to maintain accurate documentation and traceability. You'll also:
- Label, sort, and tag returned components and assemblies based on part type, condition, or repair priority
- Open crates, palletize items, and prepare materials needed for repair technicians
- Perform cycle counts, stock checks, and assist with shipment preparation
- Identify and record common electronic components such as capacitors, resistors, connectors, fuses, and PCBA modules
- Maintain documentation of item condition, packaging status, and any missing or incorrect parts
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, RMA processing, inventory handling, or logistics
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and basic computer skills, including Excel and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical school training or hands-on repair experience
- Familiarity with electronic components or willingness to learn component identification
- Forklift experience or certification
- Experience with ERP systems or service management software
- Background in electronics sorting, parts handling, or repair center operations
- Preferred prior job titles: RMA Specialist, RMA Coordinator, Returns Specialist, Warehouse Specialist, Receiving Specialist, Inventory Specialist, Material Handler, Logistics Coordinator, Parts Coordinator, Warehouse Associate
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and frequently
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a warehouse environment
- Work boots required (employee-provided)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Drug screen required
