Connect Staffing is hiring an Inventory Coordinator for a generator manufacturing company in Henderson, Nevada. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $19.25/hr, Monday through Friday with up to 10 hours of overtime available weekly. In this role, you will perform cycle counts, reconcile inventory records, track consigned inventory, and stock and catalog products on the manufacturing floor. The schedule is consistent with no weekends, and overtime is available for those who want it.

Responsibilities
- Perform periodic cycle counts and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy.
- Track consigned inventory on spreadsheets and update counts in Business Central.
- Stock and catalog incoming products in their designated storage locations.
- Inspect stored inventory for quality and discard items that do not meet company standards.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies that may indicate loss or theft.
- Compile inventory reports using Microsoft Excel and other tracking tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 year of recent inventory control or inventory coordination experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP/inventory systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formulas, and report formatting.
- Background in a manufacturing, production, or industrial warehouse environment.
- Experience tracking consigned or third-party inventory.
- Familiarity with cycle count procedures and physical inventory processes.
- Ability to use inventory management software and spreadsheets to update counts and generate reports (experience with Business Central or similar systems).
