Connect Staffing is seeking a well-experienced Inventory Control Coordinator to join a company that assembles trailers and generators in the city of Cypress, CA.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 3:45 pm
Requirements of an Inventory Control Coordinator:
- 1 year of recent inventory control
- Ability to use inventory computer programs to update counts and compile reports, such as spreadsheets, Business Central
- Mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior experience in roles such as Inventory Specialist, Stock Control Specialist, Warehouse Inventory Analyst, Materials Management Coordinator, and Supply Chain Inventory Manager is a huge plus!

Responsibilities of an Inventory Control Coordinator:
- Track consigned inventory on spreadsheets
- Managing inventory by stocking and cataloging products for a business
- Performing periodic cycle counts to ensure the accuracy of inventory
- Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company’s standards
- Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management and other stakeholders in the business
- Reporting discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft, such as too little inventory at last count
- Implementing loss prevention programs to prevent theft
- Other tasks and duties as determined by management
