What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Electrical Maintenance/ Helper position at Connect Staffing?

Sample responsibilities for this position include:
Work independently to ensure operation of plant assets by the timely completion of preventative and condition-based maintenance requirements on furnaces, presses, hydraulic systems, engines, motors, pumps, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines
Specify and quantify recommended spare parts by creation of spare parts ledgers and working with Central Stores, as needed, to ensure parts
Cleans, lubricates and inspect equipment
Follow all appropriate procedures for the accumulation, labeling, on-site transportation, storage, and inspection of materials designated as hazardous waste per Environmental Control instructions
Maintain controls and instrumentation for high-speed manufacturing equipment and general electrical maintenance for brewery facilities
Experience in High voltage, Programmable logic controllers, Sensors (weight, counters, photo-eyes,), Instrumentation
Installing new plant equipment
Able to document engineering changes, equipment modifications, and new installations
Ability to plan work that requires knowledge of electrical and mechanical theories and principals to effectively accomplish assigned work with minimal interruption to production
Develop a predictive/preventative approach to electrical and mechanical maintenance issues
This position does offer OT - Weekly pay
