Connect Staffing is hiring a General Laborer for a vinyl graphics and converting manufacturer in Placentia, CA. This is a temp-to-hire 2nd shift position paying $20hr, with consistent overtime of about 8–10 hours per week. In this role, you will build boxes for shop orders, pack finished goods, and assist slitter operators on the production floor. The position includes a regular schedule with weekend availability required.
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, weekend availability required.
MUST be available to train on 1st shift if necessary. (6am-230pm).

Responsibilities
- Build corrugated or custom boxes to fulfill shop orders according to production specifications.
- Pack finished goods and apply labels for outbound shipment.
- Locate and stage raw materials and packaging supplies for the production line.
- Assist slitter operators with machine support tasks in the converting department.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support continuous production flow.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a converting, printing, or vinyl graphics manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with slitting machines, rewinders, or other converting equipment.
- Experience packing, labeling, or fulfilling production orders.
- Ability to read work orders and follow written production instructions.
- Experience locating and staging raw materials in a warehouse or production setting.

Pre-Employment Requirements
