Connect Staffing is hiring a General Laborer for a precision parts manufacturer in Anaheim, CA. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $20/hr, Monday through Friday. In this role, you will cut and drill materials, operate a sit-down forklift to move materials and finished products throughout the facility, and inspect parts for quality defects. This is a long-term placement with a consistent daytime schedule.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Use hand tools, saws, and drills to cut and shape materials to specification.
- Operate a sit-down forklift to transport raw materials, supplies, and finished products within the facility.
- Inspect finished parts and products for defects and verify they meet quality standards.
- Clean machines and work areas to maintain a safe, organized shop floor.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use required PPE throughout the shift.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 months of general labor experience in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using hand tools or power tools such as saws, drills, or grinders.
- Familiarity with basic quality inspection processes on a production floor.
- Experience with material handling equipment including pallet jacks and hand carts.
- Background in precision parts, metal fabrication, or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) production environments.
- Current or recently expired forklift certification.
- Ability to operate a sit-down forklift.

Pre-Employment Requirements
