What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cycle Counter position at Connect Staffing?
MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF RECENT CYCLE COUNTING OR INVENTORY EXPERIENCE
Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Cycle Counter to fill an opening at a busy warehouse facility in San Bernardino, CA.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with OT as required
Requirements for Cycle Counter:
- 6 months of recent cycle counting or inventory experience.
- Pass a drug screen and background check.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems or RF scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Must have steel toe shoes.
- Prior experience in roles such as Inventory Clerk, Warehouse Associate, Stockroom Clerk, Materials Handler, Shipping and Receiving Clerk, or Forklift Operator is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the Cycle Counter:
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory checks using RF scanner
- Manually lift and move boxes or products weighing up to 30 lbs. as needed
- Reconcile physical inventory with system counts and report discrepancies
- Enter data accurately into inventory tracking systems
- Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Overtime may be required based on inventory demands
