Assembler

Location: Pearland, TX 77581
Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM

Job Summary

We are currently hiring 2 Assemblers for a growing manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for performing mechanical assembly operations using a variety of hand and power tools while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize basic hand tools and assembly equipment
• Operate power screwdrivers, solder irons, heat guns, crimpers, wire strippers, and other production tools
• Perform repetitive mechanical assembly operations
• Assemble components accurately according to specifications
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License required
• Clean background required
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Ability to pass a physical exam
• Reliable transportation required
• Manufacturing or assembly experience required
• Experience using hand and power tools required
• Mechanical aptitude required
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
