Summary
Connect Search is hiring a Senior Manager Project Finance in Oak Creek. This a hybrid position offers 2 days work from home per week.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with project managers to assist in monitoring project performance; Assist in calculation of revenue recognition relative to project performance based on estimates to complete.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and reports for government regulatory agencies.
- Support the preparation of the company’s budget and financial forecasts, projecting revenue and analyzing variances.
- Review and assess the potential financial implications of current and future investments.
- Develop and maintain systems for internal control to prevent inaccuracies in financial statements.
- Provide and develop special projects/ad hoc reports as requested or required.
- Develop and implement finance processes and policies driving a strong internal control framework.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or another relevant field.
- Minimum of five years accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing and project-based industry i.e. engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting, and general cost and project accounting functions.
- Proficiency in interpreting and applying accounting standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of program finance and control.
- Ability to analyze and reconcile complex accounts and reserves.
- Ability to research, compile, analyze, and interpret data in an ERP environment.
- Experience with IFS highly desired.
Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
