We are looking for am HR Generalist to join our corporate team. The HR Generalist will support the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, compliance, and training. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The HR Generalist will foster a positive workplace culture and ensure that HR practices align with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
Assist in developing and posting job openings.
Partner with the VP of HR to screen resumes and coordinate hiring processes for the VP of Human Resources.
Coordinate operations management team interview processes.
New hire Offer letters presentation for review by the VP of Human Resources.
Perform payroll duties as needed, from beginning to end. MUST have previous experience with Paycor.
Assist or perform onboarding and offboarding duties as needed.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
Partners with the VP of HR on conflict resolution and on employee issues.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process and assist managers in employee evaluations.
Helped identify training needs and organize development program
Compliance and Policy Management
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and documentation to meet legal requirements.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Assists and serves as a backup to the accounting department with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Provide information on compensation structures and employee benefits.
