Treasury Analyst
Location: Milwaukee, WI (On-Site)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Compensation: $35–$40/hr (temp) | $70,000–$80,000 (perm) up to 10% bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Analyst to support cash management, treasury operations, and financial reporting. This role will work closely with leadership and play a key part in maintaining accurate cash flow tracking and supporting overall financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily treasury operations and cash management activities
- Record and reconcile cash transactions, receipts, and bank activity
- Journalize cash flow transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with managing daily cash positions and optimizing liquidity
- Process accounts payable and intercompany transactions
- Partner with accounting and finance teams to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain relationships with banking partners
- Support audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 5 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or finance
- Strong understanding of cash flow, reconciliations, and financial processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, basic functions)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
