Job Title: Internal Audit Manager
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire
Pay Range: $140,000 - $155,000 base salary

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of GAAP and AICPA audit standards.
- Ensure the application of business combination accounting, lease accounting, revenue recognition standards and other technical accounting topics is correctly applied and draft applicable memos
- Carry a keen sense of determining materiality on various levels.
- Continue the enhancement of balance sheet reconciliations that support the year end audit program (payroll recons, inventory roll-forwards, proof of cash, etc.)
- Manage large projects, understand prioritization as it relates to running an audit program and lead the day-to-day relationship with outside auditors. Also will lead the day-to-day work of internal team.
- Communicate with all levels of management.
- Develop and enhance the internal control environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA required
- 6 years of progressive audit experience
Salary : $140,000 - $155,000
