Position - Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location - Antioch, TN
Office Policy - Hybrid
Compensation - Range of $20-$40 per hour
Responsibilities
- Support collection efforts by targeting past due invoices and contacting customers
- Conduct outbound communications via calls, emails, letters regarding collections
- Manage group email boxes, inbound customer requests, and overnight packages
- Assist with account review and follow-ups to ensure collection goals are met
- Help leadership with ad hoc reporting and team support as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1 years of collections, AR, or finance-related experience required (B2B collections a plus)
- Strong Excel, Outlook, and Word skills
- Solid organization, communication, and follow-through abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines
Salary : $20 - $40
