What You'll Do
As a Buyer Specialist, you'll help clients navigate the home-buying process from the first consultation through closing.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Meeting with buyers to understand their goals and needs
- Following up with buyer leads and prospective clients
- Scheduling and conducting property showings
- Researching homes and local market conditions
- Preparing and presenting purchase offers
- Negotiating contracts and terms
- Guiding buyers through inspections, financing, and closing
- Communicating with clients, lenders, title companies, and other professionals
- Providing a professional and exceptional client experience
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
