Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists with patient setup, transfers, and exercises to ensure safe and effective treatment sessions
- Prepare treatment rooms by cleaning and organizing equipment, supplies, and therapy tools
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards across all clinical areas
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to effectively support patient care
- Familiarity with medical equipment operation relevant to physical therapy treatments
- Experience working in orthopedics, geriatrics, or post-acute care environments is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with diverse patient populations
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environment
