Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a ride range of diagnoses.
Engage with patients' families, providing them with regular communication and updates on goals for their child.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient
Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.
Actively participate in implementing treatment programs as developed by Supervising OT and discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.

Requirements
A valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of Texas
Current BLS License
Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automotive insurance
Pediatric Experience Is Preferred But Not Required
Bilingual is a plus!
