Salary: $41,600 – $52,000 Year-End Bonus Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Success Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, engaging clients, and driving measurable results. You’ll be the primary point of contact for current clients, helping ensure their ongoing satisfaction, and supporting new client projects. You’ll also assist with prospective client meetings as needed.
If you enjoy meeting with clients (in person or virtually), managing projects, and being the go-to person for client success, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for current and new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction
- Attend Technology Business Review (TBR) meetings and identify opportunities for client growth
- Create and deliver proposals for client projects and agreements
- Prepare project action plans with timelines, monitor project activity, provide guidance to project teams, resolve issues, and implement improvements
- Report project progress to stakeholders
- Support sales efforts, including quotes, renewals, and upsells
- Research and recommend new technology tools and services to enhance client solutions
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all client activities in applicable systems
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Highly motivated self-starter with a strong desire for continuous improvement
- Enjoys meeting with clients and driving action
- Some technical background or experience in MSP-related technical sales preferred
- Strong interest in understanding networks and IT systems
- High-D personality profile preferred (decisive, results-driven)
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable work record and self-motivated
Minimum Requirements
- 3 years of technical operations and client engagement experience
- College degree preferred
