We're looking for a BCBA to join our Charlotte team, supporting children in schools, daycares, preschools, and other educational settings. With a focus on daytime hours, this opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in educational environments and prefers a schedule that aligns with the school day.

What We're Looking For
- Current BCBA certification or scheduled BCBA exam
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- North Carolina BCBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure (we cover the cost!)
- A passion for working with children in school-based and early childhood settings
- An interest in collaborating with teachers, daycare providers, preschool staff, and families to support meaningful progress
Newly certified BCBAs are welcome! Mentorship and clinical support are available as you continue developing your skills and growing your career.
