Connect n Care ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the greater Dunn area!

What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents
- Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect and record client data
- Support communication, social, and daily living skills
- Build positive relationships with clients and families
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completed 40-hour RBT coursework, currently enrolled, or willing to complete company-provided training
- Ability to obtain RBT certification within 60 days of client assignment
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Interest in working with children
- Ability to pass required background checks
- U.S. work authorization
