What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Processor position at Connect Community Bank?
Connect Community Bank is hiring a Loan Processor in Raymond, WA. This is an onsite position. We pay 100% of employee medical, dental, vision, life insurance and long-term disability insurance. Prior experience in banking is desirable but not required, we will train you!
The Loan Processor provides services related to loan processing, report preparation, and customer service, in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with Bank standards, policies and procedures while complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Duties include:
- Preparation of loan documents.
- Prepare and send disclosures in an accurate and timely manner meeting all regulatory deadlines.
- Process loan applications in a timely manner by ordering credit report and inputting information into the loan origination system.
- Collect all supporting documents from customers to submit to underwriting.
- Execute setting up new loans and loan maintenance in a timely and efficient fashion in the Bank’s lending system.
- Provide assistance in filing, data entry, recording information as required, answering telephones, photocopying, faxing, creating letters, and general office routines.
- Greet customers and assist with general loan inquiries.
- Answer bank telephone as a backup to the business development team.
- Performs back up duties to Loan servicer.
- Performs any and all tasks and projects as requested by management.
Education and Experience Required:
High School degree or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities.
Mortgage loan processing experience highly desirable. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and pay close attention to detail while performing accurate work.
Background check and credit check required.
