This position works the following schedule:
Wauwatosa Schedule:
Monday: 8:00am-1:00pm & 1:30pm - 6:00pm
Tuesday: 1:00 PM - 6:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am-1:00pm & 1:30pm-5:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am-1:00pm & 1:30-6 pm

In this entry-level administrative position, you contribute to the overall growth and success of our business by assisting with our administrative needs. Whether scheduling appointments with clients, scanning paperwork, or creating and updating patient files, you maintain the highest level of customer service. Your attention to detail and problem-solving mentality makes you the perfect person for this position as you tackle a wide variety of office-related responsibilities. Working diligently to maintain working relationships with our patients, you are prepared to educate them on the health and wellness benefits that come with our services.
