Connect Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and professional full-time Chiropractic Clinic Receptionist to join our esteemed team in Wauwatosa, WI. In this pivotal role, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and providing exceptional service to our patients. Pay: $18-$23 per hour
Benefits: 8 paid holidays, 40 hours of PTO (after one year of employment), unlimited unpaid PTO, group discounts for health, dental, and vision insurance, $50/month gym membership reimbursement, and free chiropractic care for employees and their family members.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Chiropractic Clinic Receptionist, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include managing patient check-ins, coordinating appointment schedules, and handling incoming calls. Your role is crucial in maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring that each patient's visit is well-organized and positive. Your attention to detail and ability to manage a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.

Wauwatosa Schedule:
Monday: 8am-1:30pm & 2:40pm - 7pm
Tuesday: 1:00 PM - 7pm
Wednesday: 7:30am-12:30pm & 2:40pm-6pm
Thursday: 7:30am-12:30pm & 2:40-7 pm
