With a competitive pay of $18-$23 per hour and a role that puts you at the heart of our patient experience, this is your chance to make a real impact every day! YOUR DAY AS A CHIROPRACTIC CHECK-IN ASSISTANT - CLINIC RECEPTIONIST

As our Chiropractic Check-In Assistant - Clinic Receptionist, you're the first person patients see, greeting them with a warm smile and handling their check-ins with precision. You'll keep our office on track, managing schedules and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. From answering calls to setting patient expectations, your role is pivotal in creating a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

QUALIFICATIONS & SCHEDULE

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer-facing experience

Wauwatosa Schedule:
Monday: 8am-1:30pm & 2:40pm - 7pm
Tuesday: 1:00 PM - 7pm
Wednesday: 7:30am-12:30pm & 2:40pm-6pm
Thursday: 7:30am-12:30pm & 2:40-7 pm
