They’ve built a powerful AI platform for financial institutions — already live with major customers across the US and UK — and now they need someone to make it stick.

With a Series A coming in June and plans to triple headcount, this role sits right at the center of growth. What you build here becomes the standard as the company scales.

What you’ll be doing

• Turn signed deals into real impact
• Take customers from “this looks interesting” to fully embedded in production.
• Drive adoption (the hard part)
• Coach teams, shift behaviors, and help people move from doing the work to reviewing the AI.
• Create internal champions
• Identify power users, train them, and build momentum from within.
• Prove value, not just usage
• Show measurable outcomes — hours saved, capacity unlocked, better decisions made.
• Feed what you learn back into the product
• You’ll be the voice of the customer internally, shaping what gets built next.

What you bring

• Experience in customer success, transformation, or implementation in complex environments
• Ability to influence stakeholders at every level — from analysts to execs
• Strong curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools (you actually use them)
• A structured mindset — you can manage projects, but also drive change
• Bonus: exposure to financial services, but not essential
