Full Job Description:
We are a fast-growing distribution company supplying coffee shops across Fairfield County and Westchester County with products they already purchase every week (oat milk, syrups, and other beverage essentials).
We are hiring an Outside Sales Representative to build relationships with local shop owners and bring on new accounts in the Manhattan, NY area.
This is a field-based role. You will be walking into businesses, speaking directly with decision-makers, and helping them reduce costs on products they are already buying.
This is a performance-driven role with real earning potential and no cap. You will be working directly with the owner and play a key role in expanding our local footprint.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Visit coffee shops and local businesses daily
- Speak with staff to identify and connect with owners/managers
- Introduce our services and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collect contact information and set up follow-ups
- Help onboard new accounts and coordinate first orders
- Track activity and leads in a simple system
Compensation:
- $18/hour base pay
- $75 per closed account (minimum $300 first order required)
- 5% of first order value
- Uncapped earnings (top reps earning $1,200–$2,500 /week)
Schedule:
- Early morning availability strongly preferred (7 AM – 11 AM is peak owner presence)
- 4–6 days per week
- 4–8 hour shifts
- Flexible outside of peak hours for follow-ups
Requirements:
- Comfortable speaking with people in person
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Organized and able to track leads/follow-ups
- Door-to-door or outside sales experience
