Plastics Molding & Finishing Production Technician

Picture your first day on the production floor in Canton: you review the work instructions at your station, gear up, and keep precision parts moving through our Molding and Finishing Department. Whether you choose a day or night schedule, you’ll help ensure every component meets our standards before it ships.

Days & Nights

• Follow detailed work instructions to assemble parts, inspect quality, apply labels, and securely package finished goods.
• Document production counts and scrap accurately so the team has real-time performance data.
• Hit daily production targets while upholding quality and throughput standards.
• Keep your workstation organized and clean to support safe, efficient work.
• Escalate unresolved part or equipment issues to your lead or supervisor promptly.
• Work safely—adhere to all safety and environmental procedures across the plant.

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• At least 12 months of related manufacturing experience and/or training.
• Comfort using a computer and operating a labeling scan gun.
