What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Market Development Representative - Foot & Ankle position at CONMED Corporation?
The Foot & Ankle Associate Market Development Representative is responsible for implementing and executing the Market Development portions of the BioBrace and KPI product commercial plan. The Associate Market Development Representative will closely collaborate with Marketing Product Managers (PMs), Regional Sales Managers and Sales Director to drive BioBrace and KPI product adoption, increase utilization and ultimately achieve or exceed budgeted revenue.
Successful performance will be measured by achievement of sales quota and the addition of BioBrace/KPI products to local and regional contracts (ASC, Hospital, IDN) at favorable pricing, aligned with established pricing parameters.
The Associate MDR must be seen as a credible, persuasive, ethical, and a trusted advisor always operating in the best interests of ConMed and our Customers.
Associate MDR Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- The regional BioBrace and KPI expert advisor trusted with key sales and surgeon engagements
- Leading key BioBrace/KPI product initiatives
- Building physician champions
- Successfully collaborating with Sales partners to drive BioBrace/KPI product sales
- Supporting BioBrace/KPI field marketing activities
- Reporting key BioBrace/KPI metrics and activities in assigned geographies
- Accountable for compliance with Company policy and procedures, the Quality System and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintains company standards involving ethical and moral character and always represents the company with the highest professional standards.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college/university
- 2 years of related experience in Medical Device Sales (Foot & Ankle or Sports medicine focus highly preferred)

- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to provide positive and constructive feedback respectfully to build positive relationships and improve business
- Demonstrates ability to plan and execute a variety of strategies to meet objectives, including sales, training and development, process improvement and change management
Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel 70%

Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $110,000 with bonus opportunity. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED’s good faith belief at the time of this posting.
