We are seeking a motivated and dependable HVAC Installer to join our growing team. Must have 5 years of installation experience and service experience. The ideal candidate will have experience installing residential HVAC systems, deliver superior customer service, and demonstrate a strong desire to grow with the company. This position is well-suited for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers
- Perform HVAC installations for new construction and retrofit projects
- Possess knowledge of repairing HVAC systems (not required but a plus)
- Ensure all installations meet local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Accurately complete job documentation and reports
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Troubleshoot installation issues as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience installing residential HVAC systems
- Working knowledge of boiler systems
- New construction installation experience preferred
- Service and troubleshooting experience is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools
- Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, basements, and rooftops
- Ability to stand, kneel, and climb for extended periods
