Duties
- Must be able to pull, and drag hoses as required to perform liquid tick applications outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Apply products safely and effectively using proper pesticide management techniques, including spray equipment, hand and power sprayers.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the safe handling of chemicals and equipment.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly to reach job sites promptly while maintaining vehicle safety standards.
- Implement integrated pest management strategies and recommendations (Provided by Conley's) which are tailored to each client’s needs.
- Communicate clearly with customers about treatment plans, safety precautions, and follow-up care to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Valid Massacusetts Pesticide applicator's license.
- Prior outdoor work experience in pest control, lawn care or landscaping is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of pesticide application techniques and pest management principles.
- Mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Ability to operate a company vehicle responsibly while adhering to all driving regulations.
- Comprehensive and personal training will be done by John and Brian Conley.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
