Location: Fort Smith & Potential travel to Fayetteville, Arkansas (Mileage reimbursement availabe)
Job Type: Part-Time 8-16 Hours Per Week

- Part-Time: $80/hour
About the Position:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner (APNP) to join our outpatient medical team specializing in orthopedic injuries and accident care. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, adaptable, and confident in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and treatments for orthopedic injuries and accident-related conditions
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide urgent care services and manage acute injuries
- Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the EMR
- Participate in case management and follow-up care
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted PA or APNP license in Arkansas
- Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong orthopedic clinical skills and/or experience in emergency or urgent care settings
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
- Willingness to travel between Fort Smith and Fayetteville and as needed
Pay: $80.00 per hour
