🕒 Schedule
✔ Oversee pulling, staging, and loading of all outbound shipments
✔ Ensure 99% order accuracy before trucks leave the dock
✔ Assign drivers and coordinate efficient delivery routes
✔ Ensure all loads meet DOT and safety requirements
✔ Manage and complete shipping paperwork and documentation
✔ Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse and fleet
✔ Step in and support the team — you’ll be working alongside them to keep things moving
✔ Identify issues, resolve them quickly, and prevent repeat errors
✔ Help build a team-first, accountable culture
✔ Secure the facility at the end of each day

- Start time typically 8:00–8:30 AM
- End time based on completion of daily shipments (usually 6:00–8:00 PM)
- Overtime available as needed

🧠 Experience That Helps You Succeed
- 2–5 years of experience in shipping, routing, or warehouse operations
- Experience loading trucks and coordinating deliveries
- Industrial distribution experience (HVAC or sheet metal preferred)
- Familiarity with WMS / scan gun systems preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (ERP systems, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment (heat, cold, dust, noise)
