This position is primarily based in a business casual office environment but will require regular interaction in the warehouse. You’ll use systems like Prophet 21 (P21) along with standard tools such as Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs.

What You’ll Do
- Support Territory Managers with quotes, order entry, and product sourcing
- Handle inbound sales through phone, email, and walk-in customers
- Build relationships with customers and provide excellent service
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to drive sales and support delivery schedules
- Serve as a product resource and subject matter expert for customers
- Coordinate communication between customers, sales, and the branch team
- Assist with new customer setup and onboarding
- Monitor customer trends and identify sales opportunities
- Partner with inventory and replenishment teams to meet customer demand
- Support new product setup and item maintenance
- Work cross-functionally with credit and other internal teams as needed

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong data entry and attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (P21 preferred)
- Sales mindset with the ability to build relationships and identify opportunities
- Willingness to jump in and support the team where needed
