Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (home every night, weekends off!)

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our growing Raleigh team. 

About the Role

This is an all-around warehouse position supporting every area of the operation — from receiving to shipping. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and willing to jump in wherever needed.

This is not a forklift-only role — you’ll be actively involved in all daily warehouse functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming shipments against orders and invoices

• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and processed properly

• Organize inventory and maintain warehouse stock locations

• Perform order picking, staging, packing, and loading

• Operate forklift safely and efficiently

• Use WMS scanning systems to track and manage inventory

• Support inventory control and report discrepancies

• Load and secure trucks following DOT and company safety standards

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

• Assist with receiving, shipping, and overall warehouse workflow

Qualifications:

• Forklift experience required (certification preferred)

• Experience with WMS scanning and inventory control strongly preferred

• Order picking and general warehouse experience

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift

• Able to work in varying temperatures and fast-paced conditions

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing daily needs

• 2 years warehouse experience preferred

Additional Requirements

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
