What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be a key part of the branch team, helping customers, supporting sales, and keeping things running smoothly day to day.
You’ll:
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by being responsive, helpful, and reliable
- Support Territory Managers with quotes, order entry, and product sourcing
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in customers with a high level of care and professionalism
- Stay organized and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in orders and communication
- Proactively follow up with customers to support their needs and keep projects moving
- Work closely with your team to solve problems and deliver a great customer experience
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers who rely on you to get things right

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
