Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers with vehicle rental reservations
- Explain rental agreements, rates, and insurance options clearly to customers
- Process rental applications and complete all necessary paperwork
- Ensure rental vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for customers
- Manage vehicle return inspections and process payments accurately
- Maintain accurate rental records and documentation
- Coordinate with the service and sales departments as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions promptly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in vehicle rentals or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
