What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you will:
- Perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general maintenance
- Complete apartment turnovers and preventative maintenance
- Maintain grounds, including landscaping and seasonal upkeep
- Respond to work orders and participate in on-call emergencies
- Follow safety standards and ensure quality service for residents
What You Bring
- 2 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
- Skills in plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall (HVAC a plus)
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Basic mobile/computer skills for work orders
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English (a plus)
