Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Engages with customers in both English and Spanish, understanding their needs and financial situations.
- Identifies and qualifies potential buyers, focusing on those requiring special financing options.
- Explains complex financing terms and conditions clearly and concisely to customers.
- Conducts thorough credit analysis to determine the best financing programs available.
- Negotiates effectively with lenders and customers to secure favorable terms.
- Manages the entire sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilizes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up efficiently.
- Generates new leads through various channels, including referrals and targeted outreach.
- Collaborates with the sales and finance teams to optimize deal structures and maximize profitability.
- Achieves sales targets and contributes to the overall success of the dealership.
Required Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- Demonstrates a proven track record of sales closing success.
Knowledge/Skills
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) and English.
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance, including subprime credit.
- Exceptional negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Proficient in credit analysis and understanding financial reports.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiar with CRM software and lead generation techniques.
- Exhibits strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Works primarily in an office and showroom environment.
