Ranch Hand – Part-Time | Congruence Tucson
Location: Tucson Mountains West
Congruence Tucson is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated Ranch Hand to join our team in caring for our herd of horses.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership qualities who can work both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and open to learning the rhythm of ranch life—including how to bring a calm and grounded presence to the animals.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Daily feeding and care of animals
- Manure pickup, cleaning, and refilling troughs and hay stations
- General upkeep of corral areas, hay barns, and feeding sheds
- Monitoring herd health and reporting any concerns
- Operating and maintaining ranch equipment and tools as needed
Qualifications:
- Direct experience with horses (required)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to take initiative
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Clear communication skills and reliability
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions

- Preferred: Experience with mindfulness or meditation practices
